This project was a great showcase for what can be done on a range of blocks when you want to add a granny flat, micro home, AirBnB space or even a space to rent long-term.

This particular granny flat was built on the roof of an existing home, essentially going up. To ensure the ease of access, we set up an elevator to get people of all ages into the additional space.
