Walcott Industries undertook work at Edward Millen Rotunda House, a stunning heritage listed commercial building. We successfully completed reparation works to the kitchenette and toilets to meet required accessibility and disability compliance.

The client requirement was to install new toilets in existing plumbing work and supply and install a new disabled toilet with all new plumbing. There was also a requirement to install a kitchenette so that the people occupying the building had a safe place to prepare food.

All new electrics and lighting were required and a hot water unit installed. In addition, all of the ceilings required replacing and the walls needed patching and painting.

Walcott Industries successfully made an abandoned building compliant, and look clean and inviting in a tight timeframe.
